Terms & Conditions

I, the undersigned, understand and acknowledge that KDR Suspension LLC is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or mechanical failures resulting from the use of serviced equipment. I accept full responsibility for the safety, handling, installation, and operation of all equipment or parts serviced by KDR Suspension LLC.

I acknowledge that suspension components, performance modifications, and other related services carry inherent risks. Improper use, incorrect installation, or operation outside of intended parameters may result in equipment failure or injury. It is my sole responsibility to ensure all parts are installed properly and that the vehicle or equipment is operated safely after service.

I agree that all parts and services are provided “as-is” and used at my own risk. KDR Suspension LLC does not guarantee performance outcomes or compatibility with aftermarket components unless otherwise stated in writing.

I waive any and all claims against KDR Suspension LLC related to:
        •       Improper installation or handling by a third party
        •       Defective or failing components not manufactured by KDR Suspension LLC
        •       Misuse, abuse, or unsafe operation of serviced equipment
        •       Damage, injury, or loss resulting from tuning, revalving, or performance adjustments

I also understand that all service work must be tested and verified by me upon completion. Any issues must be reported prior to taking delivery or submitting payment. Once I have taken possession of my parts or equipment, I acknowledge that it is in working condition and accept full responsibility for its use.

I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless KDR Suspension LLC from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of the use of any equipment serviced by KDR Suspension LLC, including those used by friends, family members, guests, or others.

I acknowledge and agree that KDR Suspension LLC is not liable for any work performed on equipment used for racing or competitive purposes. All services provided by KDR Suspension LLC are intended for recreational or general use only. Any use of equipment serviced by KDR Suspension LLC in racing, competition, or performance events is strictly at the customer’s own risk. There is absolutely no coverage, support, warranty, or liability — express or implied — for any incident, failure, or injury related to racing exposure. By paying for services, I confirm that I understand and accept this condition in full.

KDR Suspension LLC reserves the right to refuse service at its sole discretion. The customer agrees to all of the above terms upon the initiation of service and/or payment.
